    This report reveals the expectations of the younger workforce, and how HR leaders can respond to their values. As the previous generation’s talent strategies won’t be as effective when it comes to future attraction and retention.

    An ongoing talent crisis​

    According to the Deloitte Global 2022 Gen Z and Millennial Survey, 40% of Gen Zs and 24% of Millennials would like to leave their jobs within two years, and – perhaps less risk-averse than other generations – 35% of Gen Zs and 32% of Millennials would leave even without another job lined up.

    With this backdrop, we surveyed 105 HR professionals from medium to large employers to better understand the size, scale and nature of the issues they’re facing from these changing tides. We also spoke to the CEO of Amba, Tobin Murphy-Coles, to get his expert insight on the employment revolution.
