Tina and the team at AMBA have played a pivotal and important role in helping us develop and launch this platform to all our UK Team across all our operating platforms.
Our teams can now for the first time see their ‘total reward’ and access a fantastic range of benefits all in one place in a straightforward format. AMBA have tailored the Lumina platform to give our team direct access to a great range of savings and support services.
I am extremely proud of the platform and it was been warmly received by our team as their one stop shop to take advantage of the great range of reward and benefit we lay on for them.
We have now got a best in class platform and range of benefits on offer which is industry leading. The challenge as always is to now get our teams engaged and fully utilising Lumina and taking full advantage of everything they are entitled to.
