“It’s Not Easy Being Green” – Kermit the Frog.

“It’s not easy being green,” at least that is the message we have been getting from our recent Green and Ethical Benefits Forums.

With that in mind we have asked Legal and General (ethical pension) and Smarterly (ethical ISA) to attend our next Green and Ethical Benefits Forum which will focus on ethical investments in the workplace.

The forum will be held on Wednesday 27 February at Triodos Bank‘s offices in Bristol.

Legal and General and Smarterly will be sharing their experiences of helping employers and their employees access socially responsible investments with the minimum of fuss.

Ian Rummels, PES Head of thinking and possibilities will be chairing the meeting in his own inimitable style. Ian said, “I think it’s clear that having ethical employee benefits is not a fad. Making a conscious decision to actively engage with socially responsible benefits can have a significant impact on the employee experience and makes a strong statement about the type of employer you want to be. Employees will be more engaged if their experience reflects and aligns with the organisation’s values.”

We have some great clients coming along, who all have sustainability and ethical values at the core of what they do – so it is sure to be an engaging and educational event.

Come along and discuss the opportunity and challenges of making ethical and socially responsible benefits more widely available to employers and their employees.

We have a few spaces left to sign up click here.
