PES and CIPHR announce partnership

PES, the award-winning employee benefits provider (which recently secured growth funding via Chiltern Capital) has partnered with HR and recruitment software provider CIPHR to deliver a seamless service to companies offering technology-driven employee benefits and wellbeing services.

PES is integrating its online employee benefits portal happypeople with CIPHR’s self- service SaaS HR system, allowing employees to easily manage their data and benefit choices. This will save HR teams time and effort while creating a positive employee experience.

Ian Rummels, Head of Thinking and Possibilities at PES, said: ‘We’re very excited about this new partnership with CIPHR. We recognise that HR and benefits technology need to be closely aligned to create a streamlined, efficient experience for HR teams and their employees. We share the same culture and values as CIPHR and we’re proud to offer a joint service that will make a real difference to busy HR professionals.’

Chris Berry, CEO at CIPHR, said: ‘We are delighted to be partnering with PES to offer our customers integrated HR, benefits and wellbeing solutions. We know that staff wellbeing in all its forms – physical, mental and financial – is a growing concern among responsible organisations who want to make sure their people are happy and healthy. In fact, research published earlier this year by the Reward and Employee Benefits Association (REBA) found that nearly a third of employers who don’t yet have a wellbeing strategy in place plan to introduce one in the next few years. Our new partnership with PES makes it easier and simpler for our customers to do just that.’
