    Do we need to change our existing providers?

    No, with Amba’s Lumina platform we will connect with all of your existing benefit providers and put them into the system. If you then want to change or look around for different providers and benefits, our team can support with this.

     

    We’re not looking to change any of our benefits but want to increase engagement, is that possible?

    Absolutely, we aren’t going to ‘sell’ you anything you don’t want. We act as a go to partner for our clients to explore the different benefits that are available across the UK, if there is something new you want to discuss with the team, then we’re here to support that.

     

    We’re looking to save costs, does your platform save us money?

    Tale as old as time. Lumina is designed to increase engagement with benefits and be transparent to your employees about what they get. We find that employees who aren’t engaged with their benefits or don’t know exactly what they get, leave. You’ll save money in re-hiring people who didn’t need to leave in the first place and you’ll also save money by people using the benefits you’ve paid for. You’ll also start to see people who aren’t engaging with their benefits, which could also help move costs around within your team.

     

    Can we have it so people only see the benefits that are for them?

    Yes, each employee can choose the benefits that are right for them, within what you have allowed them to have, which we can set up when we are building Lumina for you.

     

    How long does it take to get started?

    We can get everything moving within a few days, building the platform for you will depend on how many people you have and how many providers we have to liaise with, usually 4-8 weeks but it can be quicker.

     

    Can we customise the platform to our branding?

    Yes

     

    Can we connect Lumina with our existing HR platform?

    If there is an API between our platform and your HR system then yes, we would however want to explore what you were looking to gain from such a link as they can be costly and take a lot of time to put together for (often) not a lot of benefit.
